The task was to create a guide-video, which makes the online client services friendly and trustworthy even for existing MyTelenor users and new-comers.
The story of the video is based on concerns, which came up analysing different researches. The situtations are visualised with the help of using three types of users. We made extra efforts on expressing the personality of the characters and using some gags the grab the attention of the audience.
The video is taking place as a central element of the new Telenor website and gives instant help in using the online client service section. The end result is a cheerful and yet informative animation, which is watched happily by existing members and new-comers as well.
